A website for your yoga studio

We build the website for your yoga studio. Your students book drop-in classes, course series and workshops directly online. Design, booking system and ongoing support come from one team.

Why a yoga studio needs its own website structure

A lot happens at the same time in a yoga studio. There are drop-in classes people join spontaneously. There are course series with a fixed group over several weeks. Then there are workshops, retreats and maybe a teacher training.

Many websites show all of this in one long list. New students don't know where to start. And your team answers the same questions again and again:

  • Which class is right for beginners?
  • Will my health insurance pay part of it?
  • Is there still a spot in Thursday's course?
  • Can I use my 10-class pass for Yin Yoga too?

A good yoga website answers these questions before anyone has to ask.

Drop-in classes and course series in one system

Most yoga studios work with two formats. With us, both run through one system.

Drop-in classes with prepaid credit

For drop-in classes, your students book single sessions. They pay per class or use prepaid credit, for example a 10-class pass. You decide how long the pass stays valid. If a class is full, they join the waiting list.

Course series with a fixed group

A beginners' course or a prevention course runs over several weeks with the same group. Students sign up once for the whole series and pay for it right away. The course page shows all dates, the level, the teacher and the number of spots.

Make prevention courses with health insurance subsidy visible

Many yoga studios in Germany offer prevention courses (Präventionskurse) under Section 20 of the German Social Code, Book V. People with statutory health insurance get part of the cost back from their insurer. For many, this is the reason to start yoga in the first place.

The course must be certified in advance by the Central Testing Office for Prevention (ZPP). It has a fixed group with a clear start and end. Participants pay first. After the course, they submit their certificate of attendance to their insurer. Each insurer decides how much it pays.

On your website, we make this visible:

  • Certified courses get a clear label on the course page.
  • A separate page explains in plain words how the subsidy works.
  • The course series can be booked directly online.

The certification and the certificate of attendance stay with you. We make sure prospects find your offer and understand it.

Styles and levels: How new students find the right class

Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin or Ashtanga: To beginners, it all sounds the same. If they are unsure, they would rather not book at all.

That is why every style gets a short description on your website. What can I expect? How demanding is the class? Who is it for? Every course page also shows the level. That way, people see right away which classes suit beginners.

For complete beginners, a dedicated starting point works well. For example a beginners' course placed at the top of the home page.

Workshops, retreats and teacher trainings

Workshops and retreats are special offers. They cost more, have their own program and often only a few spots. That is why each one gets its own page with schedule, teacher, location and price.

Booking and payment happen directly online. This also works for a yoga teacher training. With Slotlify vouchers, your offers can also be given as a gift.

Teachers and substitutes

In many yoga studios, several teachers work side by side, often as freelancers. Many students come because of one particular person. That is why every teacher gets their own profile with a photo, their styles and a short text.

If someone can't teach, you enter the change in Slotlify. The website shows the current status right away. You plan your team's absences with the holiday management.

Online booking with Slotlify

What does a yoga studio website cost?

That depends heavily on your studio. What matters is the number of rooms and locations, the number of classes and workshops and the features around booking. Special requests such as memberships or online classes are built individually.

In the initial call we clarify what you need. After that you get a fixed quote.
